  We were told to wait so they could get the disc of a console game, we were waiting for about 20 minutes and when we asked about it, we were told that the disc was inside the whole time, so we wasted 20 minutes of our time on absolutely nothing. The employee had left the desk and didn't return to tell us why we wasted our time.

  I had 4 clothing gifts for Christmas all still with security tags attached!! The tags were hidden in the clothing so weren't spotted till the I was either wrapping it or family members went to wear them after Christmas. The tags clearly don't work as the alarms didn't go off when I left the store each time. I have had to make 4 trips now to have them removed and am yet to receive an apology. 2 in castlewellan road store and 2 in outlet store.
